  Excellent communication. Felt that this was s trust worthy business. Locksmiths are expensive but the price here was in line with others and therefore acceptable. I was kept informed throughout the process and it was all very efficient.

  Rachel, the DIYLady was the only person who came to look at the job before quoting. The work is exceptional, a real transformation. Everywhere has been left super clean. And Rachel is such a nice person too. Fabulous value for money, and I am recommending her to everyone. I am also booking more work.
