  We had an issue with our toilet that wasn’t refilling and had a very weak flush. Impeccable Plumbing sent Sonny out within 4 hours which was brilliant. He fixed it quickly and was very communicative throughout, explaining what he was doing. While he was there, Sonny also took the time to help us understand the house’s plumbing and boiler system, which as new buyers was really helpful. He got us a quote within two days for general repairs and bathroom upgrades we’re planning. The professionalism and speed of service were outstanding. Sonny was great to deal with and we are definitely using them

  Roof inspection report

  I needed an urgent roof inspection following a house survey, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Despite some challenging circumstances including bad weather and a very tight timeline, they completed the entire job in under 36 hours. Tony, who we dealt with, came across as a genuinely lovely person and was very professional throughout. The inspection was great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
