  Fixed a leaking toilet

  Stephen responded very quickly to the posting and communicated really well. He asked to see a picture so he could give a more accurate view on the issue and the size/ price of the job. He gave a short window for his arrival instead of needing to wait around all day and turned up on time. He was very personable and easy to speak to, whilst working at a good pace. Overall a great experience
