  Great customer service: very responsive on the phone and came out next day to do an assessment and quote. Clearly experienced as they guessed correctly what the issue was (limescale build up). They sorted the problem and correctly realised that other drains needed clearing, so they agreed to do that as well for an agreed fee

  They were very responsive and good at communicating. I was away and they were very good at updating me on the job and video calling when it was finished. It was a small job so I appreciate them coming out for good value. Thanks!
