  Blink and you would miss it!

  Thank you so much for your support on this. It was a last-minute request and George was exceptional. He waited patiently as I was late, had already assessed the lock, and knew exactly what was required after meeting the boiler engineer beforehand. He clearly explained the options and pricing, and once chosen, the job was completed incredibly quickly, blink and you’d miss it. Even the boiler engineer and I joked we were in the wrong profession. He also advised on a handle replacement and provided pricing. I’m not local so couldn’t arrange a follow-up, otherwise I would have without hesitation!
