  The process from start to finish was outstanding it was a pleasure meeting Rob who explained clear defined steps and detailed knowledge surrounding damp issues. The report was equally impressive lots of detailed analysis along with thermal imaging to show the root cause and added remedial actions to undertake to tackle the issues cant recommend highly enough
