  Remove and replace a trellis on a garden wall

  The work was carried out well, but I was surprised that it ended up costing me £450 more than the original estimate. The original estimate was £1300 to remove a trellis and climbing plants, replace the trellis and coping stones with flat stones. The team arrived without the trellis or the stones, despite saying the job would be done in one day - the stones - concrete - cost me the extra £450. While they were here, my elderly next door neighbour asked them how much to jet wash and seal her decking and patio. They took £450 cash from her for half an hour’s work and have not sealed the wood.

  Repairing and plastering a bedroom chimney breast and alcove wall

  Caine was brilliant - the work was carried out quickly and perfectly with no mess. He also recommended a decorator (Ben - amazing work) who was able to do the whole room this weekend - both jobs at reasonable rates and done perfectly. I will definitely call on Caine and Ben again for future projects.

  Brett, Nathan and Charlie were brilliant from start to finish. They kept me informed about the progress of the work and consulted with me on any decisions that they needed to make. The work was done quickly and all rubbish was removed. I would definitely recommend them - friendly, efficient and professional.
