2 Lack of customer service astounding

RELM were hired to undertake a large house renovation project. Many issues surfaced over the first 6 months (e.g. basement), leading to a lack of trust in RELM - accentuated by the non-existent customer service, where everything was the client's fault. Prior to parting ways with RELM, some employees had to be physically moved off-site. The new company hired have inevitably had to re-do several items (e.g. flat roof), due to poor workmanship by RELM. RELM do not own their mistakes/resolve concerns, are not professional and do not treat the client with respect.Verified reviewerJob location: W4
