  I wish I had never hired RELM to do any work on my home

  I felt very let down by RELM's failed attempt at installing a basement in my home. Their workmanship and customer service levels were very poor. They failed to acknowledge my concerns or admit to any of their mistakes. I had to hire a new contractor to repair RELM's poor work and finish the basement project to a good standard.

  Lack of customer service astounding

  RELM were hired to undertake a large house renovation project. Many issues surfaced over the first 6 months (e.g. basement), leading to a lack of trust in RELM - accentuated by the non-existent customer service, where everything was the client's fault. Prior to parting ways with RELM, some employees had to be physically moved off-site. The new company hired have inevitably had to re-do several items (e.g. flat roof), due to poor workmanship by RELM. RELM do not own their mistakes/resolve concerns, are not professional and do not treat the client with respect.

  New basement and kitchen extension

  RELM Interiors completed a full six-bedroom renovation in Wimbledon Village, including a new basement and a kitchen extension, and the results are exceptional. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish are of the highest standard throughout. The team were professional, well organised, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear at every stage, and the project was managed smoothly despite its complexity. The basement and kitchen extension have transformed the house, creating beautiful, practical spaces that feel seamlessly integrated. We recommend RELM!

  Excellent House Renovation Work

  We worked with RELM on a small home renovation project, including interior painting and several kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
