  Leak in bathroom

  Had leak in flat, plumber attended and reported to tenant leak was from the tap. Resolved. I had arranged for the issue to be reported to me (landlord) but this didn’t happen. Ok solution and price but comms wasn’t as agreed.

  responsive, pragmatic, flexible and reliable. I had an issue with smoke/heat alarms in a rental flat. Billy responded quickly and thoroughly and attended within 24 hours, including re-arranging his domestic/childcare provision to be able to get to the job when my tenant was available. Price was reasonable for the work required. Would use again.
