  I had been reported damp issue in the house and contacted Alan for damp proofing treatment

  Alan did the survey and consulted back that it is not rising damp and house needs ventilation, so PIV fan is right solution. he arranged very professionally and also has been very proactive in communicating. now PIV fan has been installed, hopefully it will solve the damp issue, keeping it under watch
