Polite and friendly communication from quote to completing the job. My boiler had been playing up for months, numerous gas engineers had been out to it (from a big company) the last guy said it needed a new flow turbine switch, a part that was obsolete on their own website. I was able to purchase the correct part myself elsewhere and it was fitted by JD Property services. The job was completed in around twenty minutes and my boiler is working perfectly. 👌🏼just wish I had contacted these guys in the first place’. worker arrived well within the allotted time frame given by the lovely lady who booked the job for me, he was polite, friendly, and got the job done without any complications or problems, which honestly tends to be a running theme with this house! problems I mean. This tap has been an issue for 20+ years now, and the price quoted (which was below what i expected given how much whining and catastophising the people around me did about hiring a professional plumber) was honestly WELL worth never having to deal with it again, I have a working hose! Great service from start to finish. Water was coming through kitchen ceiling. JD arranged plumber who identified and fixed issue.
