    Professional and effective roofing work

    My roof needed some attention after I noticed tiles had slipped during windy weather. JD property services did a good job and the communication was excellent, the team worked hard and were very tidy.

    Had a leaking sink.

    Excellent plumbing service

    Excellent service. They fixed both my mum's toilets which weren't flushing properly. Also looked into an issue with the temperature on my mum's shower and didn't charge us for the call out when I had bought the wrong thermostatic charger. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing issues.

    Resolved intermittent pressure drops

    JD Property helped troubleshoot a long standing problem with intermittent pressure drops in the boiler. I’ve had boiler insurance with multiple big name firms who failed to resolve the issue over a number of years. They advised I needed a power flush and a specialist leak detection company. JD Property came, listened to the history, logically diagnosed the issue, identified a potential air valve leak on the expansion vessel, and minor over the efficiency of the boiler. I highly recommend for professionalism, integrity, diligence, and end result, and will use them myself in future.

    Excellent and prompt communication. Quote was competitive and able to carry out within a couple days. Very accommodating, arrived in good time and job was successfully carried out. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use the company again.
