  radiator valve was broken and needed replacing

  Andrew was great, he said he could come to us by the end of the following week, then updated me to say it would be Friday morning. I texted in the morning to ask for an ETA, which he provided. He was on time and carried on the work, valve is fixed, invoice was handed to me before he left, perfect!
