  Not a good experience

  I did not have a good experience with this company, with Andy managing my job. I felt taken advantage of, as costs escalated very quickly. I had to get my son to intervene who found numerous issues with substandard work carried out. There are ongoing problems as a result. Although being in the trade for numerous years, the staff do not appear to keep up with current legislation (or ignore it) and do not read installation instructions. I would sum up by saying that Andy is long on promise but short on delivery. I rarely give negative reviews, but felt it was important to caution others.
