  Not a good experience

  I did not have a good experience with this company, with Andy managing my job. I felt taken advantage of, as costs escalated very quickly. I had to get my son to intervene who found numerous issues with substandard work carried out. There are ongoing problems as a result. Although being in the trade for numerous years, the staff do not appear to keep up with current legislation (or ignore it) and do not read installation instructions. I would sum up by saying that Andy is long on promise but short on delivery. I rarely give negative reviews, but felt it was important to caution others.

  We came round and we sorted the issues also we wasted money on wood materials that then you charged your mind in which we lost out on them materials, in the end the job was completed in full and I spoke to your son and he was happy and so was yourself, also with timing the weather was a factor of heavy downfall rain and work cannot be done on wet days as most people understand , I explained that to you it’s impossible to work on a roof in heavy rain This was months ago also the job was completed way back

  New Gazebo Roof

  We recently needed to have a new roof for our large wooden garden gazebo. I made numerous efforts to obtain quotes etc from various roofing companies in the area with little success. I then checked with Checkatrade. Within minutes I received a call from Dean @ D S Roofing. Two days Andy from D S Roofing came to visit us and provided the quote we needed and within a few days the work started and was finished two days later. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Andy and Lou, who also great guys. They arrived each day as they said they would and kept us updated each day.
