  Matt was great, called us back same day for a chat and we agreed to send over some photos of the issue. I wanted to leave the review because he actually called back and said this wasn't something to 'fix' but instead a DIY job and he very kindly explained to us how we could do it ourselves, recommending this was the best option. True honest trademanship, taking his time to genuinely help us out. Clearly knows his field and would highly recommend.
