I wanted attention to my patio doors, which do not close. I received a response to my CaT query the same day, a visit two days later and the job completed two days later - 10/10 for efficiency. Job location: GU21Matt was great, called us back same day for a chat and we agreed to send over some photos of the issue. I wanted to leave the review because he actually called back and said this wasn't something to 'fix' but instead a DIY job and he very kindly explained to us how we could do it ourselves, recommending this was the best option.
