  Great service at a reasonable price

  V quick response to my enquiry, despite it being NYE. Clear pricing & great communication from Alan, keeping me updated when the part took longer than expected & fitting me in at short notice once it arrived. The repair was V thorough, he fully inspected the machine to locate the cause of the leak & repair it along with replacing the worn out drain hose I'd thought was the issue, plus a bonus sealant job to minimise additional leakage around the dispenser drawer, and all for the very reasonable quoted price. Tim Tech will be my first call next time I need a repair. Thank you!
