  Burglar alarm fault fix

  Stuart was very personable and immediately determined the issue, setting about fixing it with ease. He also helped to future proof my issue by assessing whether there was also a battery fault, resulting in him quickly installing a new one despite this not being part of the original scope. His communication and response to the advert were quick and I appreciated him coming out so quickly

  Locks change after moving house

  He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient too. He could have charged me more after I asked for a quote on 3 doors, forgetting that my French doors count as 2 doors rather than 1. He could have easily changed the fourth lock and charged me more than the original quote but instead he assessed the situation and came up with a plan that meant the fourth lock didn’t need changing at all. I appreciated his reasonableness and tact in that regard.
