  Half a job done

  I hired them to clean off mould along one side of the kitchen as there were tricky areas for me to get to. He cleaned the bulk of it but i have had to clean all of the underside of the shelves in three cupboards as he didn't do them as well as spraying in the hard to get to bits as best as i can. Not thorough enough and not worth over £300

  Washing machine out , water on and check leaks

  I have a massive damp explosion in my kitchen, i needed jobs doing at certain times, they were book for am so the electrician could do pm for an extractor fan, the did not turn up so the lovely guy took it out for me and it wasn't till mid afternoon they rang and said we are not coming. I said i wanted a refund but she said if you cancel it you cant have a refund so they said 10am to do half a job next day, he was about three hrs late turning the water back on and went, rip off company, avoid
