  Josh was ill for the first 2 days he should have been here, but I was kept informed about what was happening. He came on the next day and spent 2.5 days working in our house, and did a fantastic job. We are really pleased with it.

  Ian was great. He turned up when he said he would, got the job and was pleasant and polite throughout. He consulted us on things that needed to be decided, and did everything thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards.
