  I have lots to say but got to keep it short with the 600 character limit! Found rising damp in two ground-floor walls and needed quick help. I chose Home and Dry Solutions for their great reviews. Courtney responded quickly with a very positive approach. Rob surveyed, confirmed the issue, quoted, and arranged work fast. Karen organised the job and communicated well. The team arrived on time, worked through bad weather, finished quickly, and left clean. Plasterers did an excellent job. Alice followed up. Professional, friendly service, worth the cost — highly recommended.
