  Roger turned up bang on time - and slightly early as I requested. He listened and understood my problem with a slow to drain toilet. He started immediately, found the blockage in the driveway, and jet cleared it. He then did a thorough camera survey of the drains finding the root cause of the blockage. He verbally communicated the issue to my full understanding, with recommendations for resolution, and followed it up that day with a comprehensive written and video report. We were very satisfied with Roger's work.
