  Roger did an excellent job. The job entailed lifting block paving to replace pipes damaged by work and install new gully. This was done to excellent standard with block paving relayed to perfection.

  Choose due to good reviews, quick response, friendly. After initial clearing of drain and finding the cause being rats. was honest in suggesting to check with the water company before work carried out. Quick response again no mess left. Highly recommend.

  Blocked Drains

  Rang Monday morning asking if he could sort out my blocked Drains, I explained when we flushed toilet it was rising high then going low. He said he would try his best to get out Monday Tuesday but could be Wednesday which i said was fine. He messaged at lunchtime Monday to say he was on his way and was sorted within 15 mins or so. Left some advice on sorting out a poor toilet flush. Excellent service, quick and proffestional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

  Mr Steadman; 1) Responds to a job of any size. 2) Gives extensive and honest advice prior to quoting. 3) Does not give silly lead times. 4) Turns up when he says he will. 5) Does a thorough and excellent job. 6) Charges you what he quotes Refreshingly honest and helpful service. Not sure if he is the cheapest but absolutely honest and reliable.

  Inspection and lining of leaking drain

  Roger is a really nice guy. Communicates well, turns up when he says he will, explains what he’s doing clearly and without patronising, is clean and tidy and generally a pleasure to deal with. He came in October to inspect our leaking drains with his camera, then after a delay on our end came back today to line the drain that seemed most likely to be the culprit. He advocated for doing one run at a time and assessing whether the problem is fixed to avoid spending money where it isn’t needed. I absolutely cannot fault him.
