    Roger was absolutely fantastic, very quick response and appointment booked in for the following day. Kept me updated of arrival time and was really flexible with my own work arrangements. He identified the issue very quickly, resolved a blockage and the root cause. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on how to complete a repair ourselves to keep costs down. He was very friendly and approachable. Would absolutely recommend him and would book again for any future issues.

    Blocked outside drain.

    Roger arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He sorted out my very blocked drains quickly and efficiently and informed me each step of the way about what the problem was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roger and I have his number to hand should anyone ask me who I had to resolve my drain issue. The headache the overflowing drain was giving me has now gone thanks to Roger.
