  I hired Charles and his team to repair damaged roof tiles and investigate a leak. They did a fantastic job assessing the true extent of the damage, identifying that the water barrier, roof boards, and a joist needed repairing, not just the tiles. Their response time was outstanding—they were on-site and had the work completed before other companies had even returned my initial inquiry. I also appreciated the follow-up call to ensure everything was satisfactory. It’s rare to find this level of service and attention to detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
