  I had an urgent issue with my gutter and drain that had fallen down, and Mark was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He responded incredibly quickly, came out promptly to assess the problem, and explained everything clearly. His communication throughout was superb — professional, honest, and extremely reassuring. The repair was completed to a very high standard, and he made sure everything was left tidy afterwards. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a job properly.
