This is the standard call out rate that we charge for all property visits. This price includes the assessment of the issue you are having, and if the work can be completed within an hour, then it also covers this work to be completed whilst we are on site.

Any equipment or additional time over the initial hour that is required to complete the work will be charged additionally to the standard call out charge, but this will always be discussed and agreed with you first before proceeding. If you do not wish to proceed then it will only be the call out fee that you are charged for.
