  I recommend ZRM Recovery after the excellent service provided today 19.1.26. My BMW Z4 was towed to a local garage. Zak is a very friendly young man, experienced, has the right kit and is competitively priced. 5* communication using WhatsApp. I felt both myself & my car were well cared for. It was the small details that made the difference. Examples include putting on fresh clean plastic gloves to use the steering wheel to prevent getting any oil/grease/dirt on it, being keen to help push my car into position once unloaded in challenging circumstances & giving me a lift home.   Zak pulled my BMW coupe back from London the other night, I was worried because the car is quite low and didn’t want it damaged, That wasn’t a issue for Zak and got my car home safely Would definitely recommend
