100% satisfied with the service. Came out at short notice on a cold Sunday and fixed the problem with no issues

My combi boiler broke down suddenly and I was left with no heating or hot water, luckily Brian responded to my post straight away and called out first thing the next morning. He took a look at my boiler and explained my different options to me and ultimately I decided to get a new boiler due to the age of my old one. This was on a Friday and Brian returned on the Monday to fit my new combi boiler and completed the work in 1.5 days. He did a brilliant job, very friendly and professional and was also very reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very grateful to Brian for looking after a tricky and messy replacement of a corroded gas pipe. Brian was responsive and prompt throughout. He always looked for the simplest and most efficient approach to the issue. His focus on safety and value was much appreciated.
