Zoe was hired to fit 7 radiator on the 8 /12/2025. Know her nearly 10 years . She fit the radiator wrongly denying that she did wrong. While she was filling up the system forget to put cap on tall 1800cm radiator flooded my newly fitted dining room laminate floring. Denying that it was her fault floor damaged by water. I had to lift floor to see full extend of the damage. I have paid cas £900 despite her damaging and not taking reasonble care in my house. She lead me to believe that she claim her insurance but she hasn't. Left me on hold since 16/12/2025. Complain on going do not trust her.

The work was carried out promptly, professionally and with a smile. Cost was reasonable and this is the company we will contact again if we need a plumber

Zoe responded promptly. Vicki turned up on time and was super-efficient (no time was wasted). Plumbing issue was fixed. Good communication throughout. Highly recommend.

I have used Zoe before to fix a faulty shower and again to replace cartridges in kitchen & bathroom taps. This time it was a small job as I couldn't get the outdoor tap to work. Every time I have used Zoe she has turned up on time, done a great job and her communication throughout has been superb. I can highly recommend her.

Zoe & Vicky came to my aid very promptly and soon after making initial contact. The problem causing no hot water was swiftly identified and diagnosed. I also made the decision to replace the existing and original Potterton Suprima boiler installed when the house was built in 2002. I received the quotation of plumbing works required and a date for the work to be carried out that day. I would highly recommend Zoe’s Plumbing and Heating. Both Zoe & Vicky are reliable, hardworking, highly skilled, experienced and knowledgeable as well as their workmanship being second to none.

Loved using Zoe. She was flexible, gave professional advice that wasn’t about making money. She did the agreed work in no time and left no mess. Wonderful service!
