ZPM has undertaken contracts which range from small works orders of repairs and maintenance services to large refurbishment of void properties and compliance via the works order management of various platforms including a 2 year contract for day-to-day maintenance and repairs (minor and major repairs) for one of Notting Hill Genesis’ housing estates in South London consisting of two hundred flats.
