Appalling service received. Unreliable and unprofessional . Despite receiving payment he overcharged. Failed to complete it and failed to provide the documentation and certificates. They did not take their rubbish when they said they would. Ozer agreed to complete the jobs which he still yet to complete.. We were relying on him to finish it. He has not turned up to complete thejobs within timeframe. The work was started in Nov Dec 25. It has been over 5 months &he has not completed the work within the timeframe. Nor has he turned up when he said he would. Unprofessional.

Ozi was responsible and quality of work was up to standard.
