Waste of time and money! My job was logged as urgent. First engineer they book in was 8 days later when I’m not even in the country. I contact them to complain and they promised to get back to me that day (Friday). I had to ring them on Monday to ask what was happening. They said they would sort it out and I reminded them it was logged for 48 hours. They book a second engineer in who will contact me in 72 hours! What a joke! This is now a full week after I logged an urgent job! Zest are more interested in selling you a rubbish annual plan than actually getting the job sorted. Completely crap
