  House refurb - highly recommend

  Very happy that we chose to go with Spartak and his team for our house refurbishment project. From the outset he was super collaborative, for example he came up with a solution to redesign the plumbing to remove a macerator toilet, which some other builders had said wasn’t possible. Clear communication and competitively priced. We were so happy with the standard of finish that we ended up adding more jobs to the project and would highly recommend anyone looking to refurbish their house including; insulation, flooring, custom carpentry, new bathrooms, plastering and painting.

  Great team who do excellent work

  Spartak and his team do an amazing job retiling our front entrance hall and re-doing our hall bathroom. This included building a pocket door in a tricky layout and replumbing the sink for a new vanity. They also painted everything and were very tidy and meticulous. I couldn’t be more delighted with how it turned out!!! Highly highly recommend. They are very responsive, responsibly and creative to find solutions to meet your vision!

  Great attention to detail and quality workmanship

  We were very pleased with the work that was done on our driveway and patio by Zemer SK Ltd. We were given a reasonable quote and all the work was carried out in a timely manner to the highest standards. There were no hidden extras and everything went very smoothly. We particularly liked that once they started the job they got home with it and finished it in good time without any delays. They were also very neat and tidied up after themselves each evening. I would highly recommend Zemer SK and plan to use them again in the future.

  Disappointing.....

  Very helpful via email. However, when a home visit occured to quote for an entire refurbishment of my property, I never heard from 'Mrs or Mr' again! I asked for a quote &/or feedback from them on a no. of occasions, but was ignored on every time. BEWARE.....

  A perfect do-over - impeccable work!

  The team at Zemer SDK were a god send! We cannot recommend them enough. They were *honest*, on time and of impeccable profession. Went above in beyond in ensuring our bathroom was done to an outstanding standard and even rectifying things beyond their scope.
