  A entire house render is a big job and is a big investment. I did research and got in 3 quotes. None of the other quotes I got sounded like they knew fully or had done a job of my size. Zed from the beginning gave me confidence and referencing on work they had done. The lads were brilliant and went above and beyond what was required. Even in some tough weather conditions and a couple hurdles they did a brilliant job. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and more importantly I am over the moon with my entire house render. Thank you lads. Great stuff.

  We have just had our bungalow re-renderd by Zed Developments and I cannot fault the company in any way. From the first visit by Daniel to survey the work until the last day their attitude was professional, respectful and polite, and the attention to detail was unbelievable. The guys arrived early and worked all day without a rest and the job was completed on time. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Alan Robson, Bedlington

  The job was fitting a barn door for our newly refurbished bathroom and replacing external door handles. Highly recommend Daniel and Craig. Amazing quality of products used and great price. Left everything clean and tidy. Extremely professional from start to finish.

  Great folks, highly recommended

  Daniel and Ewan were fantastic. They were opening up a kitchen by removing a stud wall, and then making the room good for installing a new kitchen. All work was done to a high standard, and they were very fair with their quotes. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
