  Great folks, highly recommended

  Daniel and Ewan were fantastic. They were opening up a kitchen by removing a stud wall, and then making the room good for installing a new kitchen. All work was done to a high standard, and they were very fair with their quotes. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

  Bathroom toilet in garage

  Booked a downstairs toilet, craig came along. was absolutely fantastic and such a nice guy, he done all the building and plumbing work, can’t fault anything he done at all he was direct/ honest about timing and kept us on the loop as to when things should be happening Positive experience, would use again

  Fantastic company

  I used Zed developments to refurbish my kitchen. The guys were very professional from the start. The work was carried out properly from removing the old kitchen cabinets and making good the walls to levelling the floor ready for the new flooring to go down. They were a lovely bunch of lads and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with the standard of their work that I will be using them for any work that I need carried out in the future.   Great experience from start to finish, and very reasonably priced

  Brilliant experience from start to finish. Daniel and his team did a great job of our downstairs remodelling. They removed two walls and put 2 joists in, fitted LVT flooring throughout, moved the toilet, removed the old kitchen and created a utility with it in another room, fitted the new kitchen, and did some great joinery (TV wall, pantry shelving, under-stairs shoe storage, coat rack area). We were filming for the TV programme Love It or List It so the work had to be on budget, to time, and great quality - and it all was. Pleasure working with Daniel - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Chimney breast removal

  I’m so pleased with the work that Zed Developments LTD have done! I’ve recently had a chimney breast removed in my sitting room, the results are amazing! 🤩 I thought this would have been a very messy / difficult job to do but Daniel and his team were rather quick! When returning to my home after the job was was completed there was hardly any dust to clean - thanks again I’m sure we will be in touch for further work to be done in future 🥰
