  cover wood on apex block centre of apex the birds and replace guttering.

  Job prepared beginning of December approx 6th. Scaffolding put up and shrouding on wiring. Cash paid for scaffolding £300. Paid £1000 cash on 17th Dec. For materials etc. came to do apex about 20th Dec. I was ok with that. reminded him that he hadn't blocked bottom of apex. He said he forgot. Said we hadn't priced in joist cover. Said I was priority because I was going through cancer treatment, he would come back after Xmas to block centre off and do guttering and down pipe. Still waiting after six weeks to finish a one day job.

  Jack and the lads were brilliant from start to finish. Kept me updated with phone calls. Fantastic job very pleased with it and for a very reasonable price. I would 100 % recommend them to any one looking for roofing
