  Claudiu gave excellent advice and recommendations from the start, helped us to make a choice of colour slab, and advised on the need for drainage channels The workmen were very polite and courteous and completed the work efficiently, professionally, and payed great attention to detail. They resolved any difficulties after discussing with us first. They did an excellent job and we are extremely pleased with the finished job.   Back garden patio

  They came out did the work if you got any questions they are happy to help and answer. did the job cleaned up after very happy with the work they did. would definitely recommend and if I need anything else doing I will be using them again

  Patio paving

  The services provided are excellent, they only use high quality products. I followed their recommendation and decided to also replace the concrete slabs in front of the entrance to the house, I am very happy with the decision I made.   Tarmac driveway

  It’s been six months since we had our driveway done with tarmac by ZDC Homes, and it still looks like it was completed just a few days ago, the quality is outstanding. The team completed the entire job in just one day and even went the extra mile by helping us sort out the necessary documents for planning permission with the council.   Porcelain Paving Slabs

  I’m very happy with how our back garden turned out! After a bad experience with a previous contractor two years ago, who didn’t complete the job properly, ZDC Homes LTD really turned things around. They removed the old porcelain tiles and installed brand new ones in a highly professional and timely manner. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail and transparency. They provided a written contract with a clear payment schedule based on the progress of the work, and even included a warranty, something I didn’t expect but truly appreciated.
