Viki and her team completed the refurbishment of the wet room, including the toilet, flooring, plumbing, and all associated works at our care home. The work was carried out to a high standard, with no complaints raised. Importantly, the team worked considerately and professionally, ensuring there was no disruption to the day-to-day running of the service. The area was left clean and safe throughout, and both staff and residents are very satisfied with the outcome.
