  Fittted 2 Venetian blinds in my kitchen and bedroom.

  From my first phone call, the lady who arranged the appointment was friendly and helpful, making the process easy. The two fitters who came to do the job were also friendly, communicated well, and did a good job fitting my Venetian blinds. Everything was handled professionally, and I’m pleased with the result.   Informative and accommodating, efficient but maybe a little rushed

  I only wanted new rails to have curtains, to replace my existing rails which are used for vertical blinds. Zara kept me informed throughout the whole process. I had requested to avoid a time slot because of work and her and her team were very accommodating. It did feel a little rush though, the work was completed within an hour, although a 2 hour time slot was given - I think because of this, there’s bits of my ceiling which are slightly damaged
