  Kitchen worktop, cabinet, and flooring replacement

  Zanin property services did an excellent job replacing my laminate worktops. They were very professional from estimate through to the end of the job, showing up on time for appointments or phoning in advance the one time they had to rearrange. They took great care not to cause damage to my home and finished everything neat and level. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

  Complex property renovation

  We recruited Arpi to work on a large project, renovating our 3 bedroom house - to completely redo the kitchen (with tricky protrusions), even out and insulate the whole of downstairs, lay down flooring throughout, change all the radiators and many other tasks such as building a nice box to cover the top of the stairs in one of the bedrooms. He is courteous, punctual and hard working. We are extremely satisfied and will call him for any future project.

  Studio flat renovations

  I am very pleased with this company, Arpi is extremely good at communicating and very friendly. Him were a pleasure to have working for me and made the experience as easy as possible. They completed a very impressive job of full flat renovations. I will definitely be using them in the future for other jobs within my renovation.

  Bathroom Renovation

  This was the first time I've had any major renovations in my own property, and Arpad was so helpful and made the whole experience very easy and pain-free! He was a tidy and quick worker and was able to answer all my questions. The standard of work is incredible - I love my new bathroom and will absolutely be using Zanin Property Services for my next renovation!

  Refitting of a bathroom

  We were more than pleased with Arpi's workmanship and commitment to excellence. He went above and beyond in more than one instance when a problem arose. He was always accommodating and keen to do the best job possible. We have since used him for another job, and that too was done to to an excellent standard. Highly recommended!

  Installing bath and toilet.

  I’ve hired Zanin Property Services for second time to install toilet and bath. Arpi managed to come up with a genius solution to place the toilet in the best location. The bathroom looks fantastic. Arpi is very efficient, reliable, honest, creative and tidy tradesman from quotation to finish the job took 3 days. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again in the future .
