Did such a fantastic job and completed on time which was a miracle given the challenges we through at him. Two huge bonuses with zoran: 1.He’s an experienced builder who has re-focused his business to doing just bathrooms and kitchens. That means you get a wealth of experience to lean on when (inevitably) the bathroom needs a bit more than a standard plumber could ever offer 2. He does one job, finishes, moves on to the next. In fact he was quite insistent on that and it works brilliantly for a customer. Too often I’ve done jobs where I’m at the mercy of a tradesperson juggling other jobs.

Zoran completely refurbished my bathroom to a very high standard. He attended twice to quote and give welcomed advise prior commencing. He was respectful of my property and completed the work on time at the quoted cost. I would definitely recommend him.

Z & C Building and Remodeling done a tremendous job removing and installing a new my kitchen. Before works commenced they carefully reviewed the kitchen plan highlighting areas for the kitchen manufacturer to adjust. The old kitchen was over 20 years ago. They carefully removed this to minimise damage to the walls. The new kitchen was a different layout requiring new electrics, plumbing, flooring, plastering and decorating. Zoran lead on the works whose approach is methodical, he takes pride is his work and is a pleasure to work. I would highly recommend Z&C Building and Remodelling.

After having our bathroom fitted we asked Zoran to fit our kitchen and he did an excellent job, very pleased. Thank you !

Zoran did a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and did an excellent job (new bath and fittings, new sink and fittings, new wall hung toilet and system. Painting and tiles both on the wall and floor). It was a long overdue job and has made such a difference in our flat. He did a really neat job and clearly knows what he's doing; the work was swift and the it was finished to a very high standard. We would definitely use Zoran again and not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I'm very pleased with the 2 bathrooms (and kitchen sink) I had replaced by Zoran. He started and finished on time, and was able to work around several delays with my deliveries from plumbing merchants. The final finish was to a high standard. He was very friendly and approachable throughout and offered solutions whenever the layout I asked for caused problems. Would highly recommend.
