  Silicone render.

  Had a Silcone render to a newly build extension. Outstanding finish really pleased with the work done, from start to completion. Zeni always answered any questions about the job before and during, he really knows stuff. Communications great, always tidy up at end of the day. All rubbish etc taken away and left our home clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend Zeni and his team of fantastic guys, will definitely use again for future projects.

  Plastering & wall correction

  Zeni came out to correct a plastered wall, that was poorly done by another builder. He was able to identify the issue with the wall instantly and gave detailed review of the work needed. He was honest, punctual, professional, treated his work with great attention to detail, in fact a perfectionist. He followed building regulation guidelines without advice and this convinced me that he knows his trade. I highly recommend Zeni 10/10. Thank you for great and clean work.

  Plastering bedroom

  Zeni was brilliant…. Very professional, hard working, reliable and punctual…. He explains everything as he is going along and tidies up after himself. He likes things to be done properly good quality and pays attention to details. I Would defo recommend and use him again.

  Outstanding skimming work!

  I recently had Zeni do the skimming work in my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The finish is perfectly smooth and really transformed the rooms. He was punctual, hardworking, and very professional throughout the whole job. Everything was done with great attention to detail, and he left the place clean and tidy afterwards.   Garden Extention.

  I AM SENDING THIS REVIEW ON BEHALF OF MY COUSIN AT 10 HAMPTON ROAD,B6 6AE (her phone is faulty). I cannot recommend Zeni eniugh from start to finish, his work was absolutely outstanding. Every detail was done to the highest standard, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfekt. Everyone who has seen the job has comments on how fantastic it looks and ask me for his number and they've all said, "don't lose this guy!". He was punctual, professional, tidy and extremely skilled. Communication was excellent on schedule and within budget. I will be definetly using him again.

  Rendering to front and side of house.

  The quality of the rendering was to a high standard whilst also being very quick and efficient. Communication was very good with useful advice given. I would recommend Zeni and will consider him for future projects.
