I hired YT Carpentry and Building for kitchen installation. The kitchen was completed to a high standard and attention to the details including electrical, plumbing and tiling work. He did more small jobs as two doors replacement, replace all sockets and switches around the house and move washing machine into our garage for a good price. We will keep his details for future projects and will recommend him. Highly skilled and easy going.

Having used Yordan in the past, we called on him again to build us a bespoke shed attached to the back of our garage. We needed a very sturdy shed that made the most of a small and awkward space. Yordan did an absolutely brilliant job! The shed is very strong and should last well over 10 years, it's much more spacious than we thought possible in that space and looks stunning. We are extremely pleased with the result and the quality of workmanship. As always, Yordan was punctual, courteous, listened to our requirements and delivered exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

Yordan is a true gentleman and a very skilled tradesman - we haven’t found anything he can’t do! He did work on relocating new kitchen. His attention to detail and skill in all arrears is faultless. His experience allows him to offer ideas and inspiration for design and practicality which we had not considered. Nothing is ever too much. His quote is always fair and transparent on any extra costs which weren’t budgeted. We would highly recommend for any projects and we will miss him being part of our daily routine for the past 6 weeks or so! We have already booked him to do more work.

Yordan has been Excellent. He has completely transformed our "Utility Room" which used to be the old out house. It already had an extension built around it, but it did not have any insulation. He replaced the windows for double glazing, built an exterior layer with insulation and cladding, as well as building a Utility area for the room including a new sink. His work is of high quality, and he also suggests the best options (quality parts/materials) and where possible to save us money instead of doing anything un-necessary. We will definitely be coming back for future work :)
