  He researched the problem. Cleaned out the water and food debris. Serviced the machine and tested and refitted. He is totally honest and less honest would have had an Oporto maximize their profit and add in necessary parts it a new machine. Great guy, excellent workmanship and do polite. I could think of anyone better!

  Oven not working

  The electrician was a nice gentleman who carried out his job really well. He took time to figure out the problem and actually fixed it. Overall, I had a good experience with the company.

  Dishwasher & oven repair

  I messaged with details of our two issues via the Checkatrade app and Yusef was able to diagnose the issue. He sent me links to the parts to buy which seemed a bit unorthodox but I did it, as I thought that even if he doesn’t do the job, someone else will need the parts to do it. Once the parts had arrived he arranged to visit the next day. Our dishwasher door was broken and needed new hinges, and the heating element of our oven had broken. Both were fixed on the day and have worked fine since.

  Fixing washer dryer

  Was a little late due to traffic but then proceeded to methodically approach diagnosing the fault. It was working at one point but Yusef wanted to double check and it turned out there was still an issue. In the end the PCB was found to be the issue but due to the high cost of the part I decided it to proceed.

  Frost Free Hoover fridge/freezer (that wasnt)

  Probably my fault for overloading freezer, but ice buildup stopped fridge operating. Came to my rescue, same day, very capable and knowledgeable. Will be my 'Go to person' for future domestic appliances disasters. Plus very reasonable call out charge. Would recommend highly.
