  Fixing washer dryer

  Was a little late due to traffic but then proceeded to methodically approach diagnosing the fault. It was working at one point but Yusef wanted to double check and it turned out there was still an issue. In the end the PCB was found to be the issue but due to the high cost of the part I decided it to proceed.

  Frost Free Hoover fridge/freezer (that wasnt)

  Probably my fault for overloading freezer, but ice buildup stopped fridge operating. Came to my rescue, same day, very capable and knowledgeable. Will be my 'Go to person' for future domestic appliances disasters. Plus very reasonable call out charge. Would recommend highly.

  Replacement of internal glass in door of combination oven/microwave

  Yusuf was reliable, polite and did a great job. The cooker is 20 years old, now discontinued, and matches other appliances, so it was a relief that I was able to have it repaired. Yusuf also found a solution to fix an ill fitting door in the freezer compartment of my fridge which was causing it to ice up.

  Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back 48 hours later to fit it. Job done! Easy and straightforward to work with, dryer runs perfectly now.

  The tradesmen let me know his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival. He talked me through the job he was doing make sure I understood what was going on. I am really happy with the results. Would recommend.
