Work done, very happy, many thanks!

This complicated job - involving builders, electricians, plumbers and decorators - was completed on schedule with the minimum of fuss and disruption. The finished work is excellent. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional. Identified potential issues and kept us informed of any problems they found. They were tidy and kept the ground floor clean when working. All plumbing and electrical work was managed including finding where a rogue spur was located. Very happy with the outcome.

What can I say! We were in a seriously bad spot after been left without the proper customisation from an IKEA worktop. I had to call and get someone to come in to fix the mistakes this week and Your Property Matters were there when we needed them. Professional, tidy, quick to come out, really pleasant guys. Honestly, they really saved us from a huge mess and they did it so well with great advice. The work was done in an hour. Definitly be using them for future projects.

David did a fantastic job. The decor had not been touched in years and due to old age and Ill health. Handrails had been installed throughout which once removed left major holes scuffs and scrapes. We thought we would have to have the whole house re plastered. However, thanks to David’s skills and knowledge he was able to finish all the wall surfaces and paint and decorate to the standard of a new house. Exceptional, would defy recommend and use again.
