Poor product knowledge and misleading information

WarmaHome did survey to replace boiler and recommended Greenstar 1000 or 4000. I asked which is best suited and anything else to know? Was told both are adequate, apart from warrantee and budget. 1000 was installed. However, I was not told, 1000 had exposed pipes, whereas 4000 did not - making it better suited, which must have been obvious during survey. After wards, Worcester-Bosch informed 1000 does not have bottom cover and the installer, when they did survey should have been aware of this. Don’t take spending £2,600 lightly, when pertinent info not given to make advised purchase decision.

Efficient and professional work on a list of tasks!

Great service! Wayne arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and completed a list of tasks swiftly and efficiently: - boiler service - installation of a Hive thermostat etc. - bleeding of radiators - removal of old clock and thermostat from previous boiler (previous to the one currently installed). Left everything clean and tidy and gave great advice on next steps. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend - I will certainly be using again! Thank you Wayne!

Yearly boiler service

WB GAS limited are a very efficient company, they sent out a reminder in good time to book our yearly service with options of how to book (phone or online) which was easy to do. They sent out a reminder of our appointment a couple of days before and gave us a time slot the day before. They are friendly and professional and we would definitly recommend them.

Hot water zoning valve replacement

After trying 5 other local plumbers recently, the only one I'm truly satisfied with is WarmaHome. Great service, lots of communication (live tracking of plumber's arrival, webchat acceptance of quote, online payment of invoice) and a job done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Ben was great and explained the issue quickly and clearly in terms I could understand. Finally, we've found a decent plumber in our area!
