The repairs were carried out satisfactorily, but cost more than expected, and took somewhat longer.

Fast response to a broken tile which was causing a leak in to the bathroom. Swiftly repaired at a responsible price on the same day. Pointed out a couple of risk issues clearly causing damage to the property. Quoted for these works too, and again they were swiftly dealt with a couple of days later. - Excellent communication throughout. Hard work friendly team. The took all there rubbish away afterwards. Strongly recommend. - this was the first time I'd used check-a-trade. Easy fix and excellent service.

Our shed roof was in a really bad shape. It had old asbestos panels which were starting to crack and caused a minor leak. After a few quotes I decided to go with Chris and his team came the very next day after we agreed on the price. It only took them 3 short days to remove all panels, reinforce the roof with more timber, new panels and apply all the waterproofing layers and felt. His team of two guys were really friendly and very professional and hard working. I would defenitely recommend.
