  Absolutely horrendous he put my poles up 5 mins later came away from the wall have been in contact as he said all his work comes with warranty, communication is none and never would I trust this trade again.

  Hi Cindy, I've issued you a refund like you asked for. The week you went to hospital unfortunately i was away and i wasn't able to get it done for you, then you were busy therefore i offered you any dates it'd suit you. Apologies for any inconvenience

  Lean to roof fitting

  Honestly can’t comprehend the mess and cheer lack of pride in doing our roof. He promised so much but left us with honestly work that if I did I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night with. I don’t want to be rude but the fact I’ve had 3 builders come round and said what is that tells me all I need to know( Pictures to show). No structural integrity at all, it leaks and looks an honest mess. He did such a great job in our bedroom but this is honestly shocking. Also didn’t take the rubbish we had away and blamed it on not having his van for 3 months then said he would collect then ghosted me.
