From design through to dealing with the planning and building control 'Your home plans' did everything.There were a number of issues that cropped up during the build but these were dealt with and sorted between 'your home plans' and the builder. Communication was excellent with emails answered quickly and even at weekends. would certainly recommend.

Your home plans Ltd did an amazing job for us from start to finish. From coming out to survey the property and really listening to what we wanted design wise to translating that into a plan was a very smooth and efficient process and we felt that we were able to ask questions and change things along the way without any issues. Their expertise in dealing with the local authority and planning regulations meant that the whole process was stress free. We couldn’t have been happier with the final plans and also we are even more delighted with the final results. We would highly recommend them.

June came up with a great design and processed any changes promptly. She was very helpful in dealing with the planning application. Will definitely be using Your Home Plans in the future.

June did the plans for the re-organisation of our house and a first floor extension after visiting and listening to us. She produced plans for us to agree/modify and we finally were satisfied by Version 7 ! She obtained Planning Permission and gave us the Building Regulations calculations so that we could show them to builders. When they raised questions about details, we asked June and she gave us clear answer for the builders. It was pleasing that all builders we negotiated with said that the plans and other paperwork provided were clear and obviously sensible.

Would highly recommend 'Your Home Plans'. Very responsive, very knowledgeable and guidance through the entire process from designs to implementation. Nothing is too much bother. Very pleased with the service.
