Engaged Your Home Plans to provide architectural plans for a two storey extension and internal remodelling. The process was excellent, with attention paid to what we wanted to do but also why so alternate suggestions could be made if they were required. This meant a very smooth process from start to finish with excellent support re. planning permission and detailed designs that impressed our builder. The after care was also fantastic, with support on queries we had during the building process and guidance through the experience. Can not recommend highly enough.

Work was carried out with minimum of disruption and fuss. Very satisfied with results although I thought the fees were a bit top end.

From design through to dealing with the planning and building control 'Your home plans' did everything.There were a number of issues that cropped up during the build but these were dealt with and sorted between 'your home plans' and the builder. Communication was excellent with emails answered quickly and even at weekends. would certainly recommend.

Your home plans Ltd did an amazing job for us from start to finish. From coming out to survey the property and really listening to what we wanted design wise to translating that into a plan was a very smooth and efficient process and we felt that we were able to ask questions and change things along the way without any issues. Their expertise in dealing with the local authority and planning regulations meant that the whole process was stress free. We couldn’t have been happier with the final plans and also we are even more delighted with the final results. We would highly recommend them.
