  EPC for house sale

  Would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who needs an EPC completing on their property. Contacted him late Friday evening and he responded immediately and got us booked in for Monday. He arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. Once he finished his inspection of the property the EPC was lodged on the government website and ready to view within just over an hour.

  Kyle came round to assess my house for a new EPC as we hadnt had one done for 13years and he was brilliant. He was prompt and knew exactly what he was doing have all the recent and up to date information. He was polite and well mannered at all times. Kyle completed the assessment in a timely manner and was happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small and he was patient while I found the relevant information for him. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kyle again and would highly recommend him for this service.

  I’m a landlord and required an EPC on one of my properties

  Kyle from Your Home EPC was excellent. He was punctual, professional, very polite and diligent. He showed ID before commencing work.
